Draft for review. This page is a working draft and must be reviewed and approved by Sky Coaches management and a suitably qualified legal adviser before it is treated as the binding terms of business. No cancellation charges, deposit percentages or refund rules in this draft are final.

1. Quotations

Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry and are subject to vehicle availability. Prices may change if journey details are amended.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once Sky Coaches has issued a written confirmation to the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the details in the confirmation are correct.

3. Deposits and payments

Deposit amounts, payment methods and due dates will be set out in the booking confirmation. Specific amounts are to be confirmed and are not stated in this draft.

4. Cancellations and amendments

Cancellation and amendment terms, including any applicable charges, will be set out in the booking confirmation. Specific charges are to be confirmed and are not stated in this draft.

5. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination details, appropriate access for the vehicle, and ensuring that any group leader or contact person is available on the day of travel.

6. Passenger conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a safe and respectful manner. The driver may refuse travel or terminate a journey where behaviour puts passengers, the driver, or the vehicle at risk.

7. Luggage

Luggage allowances depend on the vehicle. Customers should declare unusual luggage, sports equipment or mobility aids at the time of booking so the right vehicle can be provided.

8. Delays and circumstances outside reasonable control

Sky Coaches will make reasonable efforts to keep to agreed timings, but cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, breakdowns of third-party infrastructure, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Vehicle substitution

Where necessary, Sky Coaches may substitute a vehicle of a similar or higher standard to fulfil a booking.

10. Damage and cleaning

The customer may be charged for any damage caused to the vehicle during the hire, and for cleaning where the vehicle is left in a condition that requires more than routine cleaning.

11. Complaints

Complaints should be sent by email to Info@skycoaches.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible after the journey so that we can investigate and respond.

12. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales. This will be confirmed as part of the legal review.
